• Assists in reinforcing reading, language arts, math and computer lessons.
• Works with students individually and in small groups.
• Supports instruction and assessments under supervision.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist students with reading and math to reinforce basic skills.
• Support students in small groups and one-on-one as directed by teachers.
• Assist in administration and correction of classroom activities and tests.
• Help prepare instructional materials and adapt strategies for individual learning needs.
• Maintain student records of progress and attendance as required.
• Assist with behavior management to keep a safe, orderly classroom.
• Supervise non-instructional activities (lunch, bus duty, playground, study hall).
• Accompany students on field trips for supervision.
• Assist with parent communication to involve families in education.
• Assist students with special needs to maximize inclusion and participation.
