Job summary

Legacy Financial Partners seeks a highly energized Paraplanner to support Financial Advisors and manage office workflows. You will handle onboarding, client files, scheduling, and confidential documents with professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years in financial services, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to obtain licenses within 12 months (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Insurance). Competitive benefits and hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years financial service experience preferred.
  • Capable of becoming fully licensed in 12 months (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Insurance).
  • Candidates should present professionally and be computer savvy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisor ensuring efficient daily office operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and maintain client files, reports, and confidential documents with accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and processing while ensuring records are complete.
  • Maintain databases and perform data entry, protecting sensitive information.
  • Coordinate communications between clients, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Track projects and follow-up tasks to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other business apps to generate reports and support operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and client experience.
  • Support special projects and additional administrative functions as needed.
