Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Financial Paraplanner in Beachwood, OH. This role supports advisors across discovery, plan development, strategy implementation, and ongoing reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Financial Planning/Finance/Accounting/Economics).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Interest in pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation.

Responsibilities

  • Attend prospect and client meetings, capturing notes and follow-up items.
  • Gather input data and assist with constructing comprehensive financial plans.
  • Collaborate with advisors to evaluate client needs and develop recommendations.
  • Research financial planning topics to support client recommendations.
  • Develop proficiency across portfolio analytics, financial planning, and CRM software.
  • Assist with investment analysis, plan implementation, and ongoing reviews.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and support follow-up.

Job description

Position Title: Financial Paraplanner
Build the technical foundation, client experience, and credentials to grow into a Financial Advisor. This Financial Paraplanner role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced advisors, supporting clients through the full financial planning process from initial discovery and plan development through strategy implementation and ongoing account reviews. You'll gain hands-on exposure to financial planning, investment analysis, and client relationship management while receiving professional development and training designed to advance your career.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in financial planning. They are a collaborative problem solver with strong communication skills, sound professional judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
Salary Range: $60,000-$95,000 / Year, DOE

Responsibilities
  • Attend prospect and client meetings alongside experienced advisors, capturing detailed notes and key follow-up items
