ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a licensed paramedic to join our urgent care team as an Urgent Care Technician in Farmington, ME. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, triage, and collaboration with medical providers in a fast-paced clinic.

You will perform clinical procedures, testing, wound care, and immunizations, while maintaining EMR documentation and ensuring patient safety across shifts.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed paramedic (nationally certified preferred) with IV experience.
• BLS certification required; CPR/ACLS online certifications not accepted.

Mansioni

• Conduct patient triage by taking vitals and documenting histories.
• Assist exams and ensure equipment and documentation are ready.
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid, urinalysis).
• Provide ECGs, AED use, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen therapy.
• Deliver wound care, immunizations, and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and report patient changes.
