AMR is recruiting Paramedics for the Prescott, Williams, and Wickenburg area to deliver advanced patient care with compassion and professionalism. The role involves leading on-scene management, operating an ambulance on 911 responses, and working with a diverse public-safety team to uphold AMR’s service standards.

Qualified candidates hold a state paramedic license, a valid driver’s license, and BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic credentials; a clean driving record and agility test are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State Paramedic License is required.
• State Driver’s License is required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certifications required.
• Driving record must be compliant with policy and you must pass the agility test.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine best action following paramedic protocols.
• Provide advanced medical care using defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, and IV fluids.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain care.
• Serve as team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Engage in community programs to support AMR image and relations.
