Job summary

Mercy Health in Youngstown, Ohio, is seeking a Paramedic Supervisor for Life Flight Network operations. You will oversee day-to-day shift activities, schedule staff, handle patient transport, and ensure high-quality EMS care on both emergency and non-emergency calls.

Requirements include 3 years of Paramedic experience, ACLS and PALS certifications, a current paramedic license, and a valid state driver's license. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (required within 6 months of hire)
• Associate degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties of Paramedic
• Handles fleet maintenance and ensure preventative maintenance is being performed
• Ensures availability of resources for daily operations and assist in tactical level of deployment to meet system needs
• Assists with the investigative process for handling and reviewing incidents and issues
• Participates with the Management Team in progressing the organization forward
• Receives, handles, and routes inter-agency disputes/issues to the appropriate resource
• Provides patient/client follow up

Education
