Job summary

mmmems is seeking an EMT-Paramedic to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, administer on-scene care, and transport patients. You will work within PA guidelines, maintain patient privacy, and support pre-hospital care operations with tact and leadership on a two-person crew.

Responsibilities include scene safety, crowd control, vehicle readiness, and accurate documentation, while upholding professional standards in a high-pressure EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain current EMT-Paramedic certification (PA).
• Must meet regional Medical Command requirements and CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer ambulance, non-emergency wheelchair, medivan and rescue calls calmly and promptly.
• Rescue and extricate victims using proper techniques.
• Administer treatment at the scene and enroute to the hospital per PA guidelines.
• Maintain order at patient pick-up sites and disperse crowds as needed.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely and according to guidelines.
• Protect patient privacy and follow company privacy policies during care.
