OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus is seeking a Paramedic for part-time evening coverage (11a-11p). You will work under the Staff RN, perform nursing-related tasks, respond to code assists, and handle patient care activities including CPR, EKG, and IV access, while documenting care and communicating with the ED team.

The role emphasizes clinical information system use, patient preparation, and safe transfer of patients across units, with focus on quality care in a fast-paced Emergency

Qualifikationen

• High School or GED required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• EMTP - National Registry required.
• State of Ohio EMT-P licensure; BLS/CPR; PALS/BTLS optional.

• Take vital signs and weight; assist with admissions and transfers; CPR and ECG as directed.
• Document interventions and patient responses; interact with physicians and ED staff.
• Maintain and organize EMS/Code equipment; assist with specimen handling and specimen transport.
• Maintain EMS/Code equipment and organize supplies.
