Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institute required
• Graduate of an accredited school of EMT-Paramedic
• Valid Driver's license and driving record in accordance with facility policy
• Current applicable state EMS Paramedic license
• BCLS certification required annually
• ACLS certification encouraged
• Certification in a related specialty encouraged

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing/patient care based on knowledge and experience and plan of care.
• Collect patient health data and identify outcomes; implement interventions and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with family and interdisciplinary team to maximize resources and quality of care.
