Advocate Health seeks an EMT-Paramedic to implement nursing/patient care based on knowledge and experience. Responsibilities include data collection, plan-of-care execution, and evaluating outcomes within an interdisciplinary team.

You will address the needs of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, collaborate with physicians and staff, and support quality care and performance improvement while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited EMT-Paramedic program.

Responsabilidades

• Collect patient health data and identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient.
• Implement interventions identified in the plan of care and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
• Interact with family and interdisciplinary team members to maximize care quality.
• Work cooperatively with medical staff and hospital personnel supporting the plan of care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Address patient/family biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and educational needs as a clinical resource.
• Independently perform job functions and contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement.
• Commit to self-development and alignment with organizational vision and clinical practice standards.
