Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking skilled Paramedics to support St. Luke's Health Emergency Department teams in Sugar Land, TX. You will provide direct patient care, assist with throughput, and ensure ED protocol compliance, helping maintain lobby safety and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include IV starts, phlebotomy, DME assistance, consent coordination, and EPIC-based throughput monitoring. Prior ED experience and Texas DSHS registration are preferred for this PRN role.

Qualifications

• Certified Paramedic with active licensure.
• Competency in US-guided IV placement.
• Experience in ED or similar high-paced clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lobby management: monitor lobby and ensure timely patient flow.
• Provide IV starts and phlebotomy support as directed by triage.
• Monitor EPIC for delays and unacknowledged orders; escalate as needed.
