Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System in Raeford, NC seeks a dedicated Paramedic to provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department under RN supervision. You will monitor patients, respond to emergencies, and perform clinical duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, record and update vital signs per protocol.

• Administer medications as delegated by RN/provider.
• Assist with airway management including suctioning.
• Ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Transports patients to telemetry areas as needed.
• Documents assessments and treatments in the care record.
• Liaise between patient, family, nursing, and medical staff.
