Job summary

Falck Rocky Mountain is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee daily EMS operations in the Aurora area. The role includes supervising line staff, ensuring safe and efficient transport, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

You will provide advanced and basic life support and support dispatch operations as needed. You must hold a current Paramedic license/certification and a valid state driver license, with a strong safety and customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic License/Certification required.
• Current, valid state-issued driver license.
• Satisfactory driving record per company policy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and medical agencies.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports.
• Physical ability to perform Paramedic duties including lifting and moving patients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced and basic life support and transport patients as needed.
• Safely lift, transfer, and maneuver patients in/out of ambulances and facilities.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely at all times.
• Document all actions per policy and procedures.
• Coordinate with dispatch and management to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee line staff and daily tasks under supervision.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local EMS protocols.
