Job summary

Falck Rocky Mountain is seeking an Operations Lead to respond to emergency and non‑emergency requests, provide AMLS/BLS care, and transport patients to facilities. You will supervise line staff, plan daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires current Paramedic licensure, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication. Back-half shifts (930–2130) and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic License/Certification.
• Current, valid state issued driver license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret required documents and write reports.
