Job summary

Falck is seeking a Field Training Officer Paramedic to support pre-hospital care staff in Aurora, Colorado. The role focuses on training, evaluations, and ensuring high-quality patient care while aligning with Falck policies.

The incumbent will mentor employees, conduct field and classroom instruction, and collaborate with the Clinical Education Department to improve QA/QI programs. Certification current and 911 experience required.

Qualifications

• Current on county and company required certifications and licensures.
• Minimum six months experience in a busy 911 system.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and remediation for new and continuing employees.
• Conduct field training, education and evaluations.
• Provide classroom instruction in pre-hospital care topics.
• Mentor employees and perform performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to Falck policies, procedures and QA/QI goals.
• Assist with scene management and patient care coordination.
