Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks passionate paramedics to deliver high-quality emergency medical care in critical situations. You will assess calls, use defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and IVs, and lead scene management with the team.

Requirements include a State Paramedic License, a valid Driver’s License, and BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic certifications; a clean driving record and agility testing are also needed.

Qualifications

• State Paramedic License is required.
• Driver’s License is required.
• Certifications on BLS, ACLS and NREMT-Paramedic are required.
• A valid driving record and ability to pass a physical agility test are necessary.
• Some healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing each call to determine appropriate action using advanced protocols.
• Utilizing EMS equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices and IV fluids.
• Communicating effectively with patients and families to provide reassurance.
• Leading scene and unit management as a team leader.
