Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of Paramedic experience.
• Some leadership experience preferred.
• State Paramedic Certification.
• Ambulance Driver's License.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations by coordinating field staff with leadership.
• Monitor, communicate with, and support field staff in their tasks and objectives.
• Assess each call to determine best course of action and approve medical decisions.
• Serve as liaison between field staff, management, communications centers, facilities, and families.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel to ensure patient care quality.
• Oversee system status management and pre-assign/re-assign crews for efficiency.
• Ensure equipment and units are serviceable and properly deployed.
• Maintain clean, orderly operation sites and records of issued equipment.
• Assist with PCR transmission and documentation.
• Ensure staff adheres to protocols and escalates issues as needed.
• Report injuries, incidents, and property/equipment damage promptly.
