Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Lead Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for a full-time role in Prescott, AZ. The Lead EMT provides frontline leadership, coordinates shift activities, mentors EMT personnel, and ensures compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities.

The position supports daily field operations, promotes teamwork, and ensures quality patient care and service delivery across Prescott, Williams, and Wickenburg

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years EMT experience.
• Some leadership experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• State EMT Certification and BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic life support (BLS) patient care and assist field personnel.
• Monitor and support field staff during calls and operations.
• Assess calls and determine action, requesting ALS when needed.
• Liaise between field staff, management, and facilities.
• Lead and mentor EMT personnel; ensure compliance with protocols.
