Job summary

Falck Rocky Mountain is hiring Paramedics (EMT-P) in Aurora, CO to provide ongoing pre-hospital care and rapid response to emergent and non-emergent calls. The position supports transport to definitive care facilities and contributes to EMS teamwork under Falck's national program.

The role offers $30.00–$33.50 per hour and annual compensation up to $76,648, with a comprehensive benefits package including a 6% 401(k) match, health/dental/vision, monthly CEs, and in-house peer support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current CO Parametric Card with EMS licensure.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and entities.
• Physical ability to perform all tasks required of EMT duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care through pre-hospital processes and EMS protocols.
• Respond to emergent and non-emergent calls with safe, expeditious transport.
• Complete required documentation and maintain equipment.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely and maintain stations and vehicles.
• May conduct IFT transports and serve as team lead when needed.
