Job summary

Falck Rocky Mountain is seeking a highly capable Paramedic (EMT-P) to deliver advanced life support and patient care in pre-hospital settings. You will operate emergency vehicles, document care, and coordinate with medical teams and responding agencies.

The role requires CO Paramedic licensure, ACLS/PALS, and CPR credentials, with strong communication and physical stamina to handle demanding environments and shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CO Paramedic Card required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• CPR for Healthcare Provider (American Heart) required.
• Satisfactory driving record per Falck USA policy.
• Completion of IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-5A (FEMA) courses.
• EVOC or Falck Rocky Mountain equivalent.
• Other local operation/contract qualifications may apply.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing pre-hospital care per established protocols.
• Operate EMS vehicle safely and maintain equipment.
• Complete documentation per policies and procedures.
• Respond to 911 and IFT transports as needed.
• Collaborate with health care teams and external agencies.
