AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Paramedic for a Full-Time Day shift serving Pasco County in a field-based role. The position requires experience in 911/County EMS and working across hospital and EMS settings.

You will establish relationships with hospital administrators, develop profiles for EMS stations, provide joint training, and implement standardized protocols for patient handoffs. Travel between hospital and EMS locations is required; a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ related experience (nursing, paramedic, business-related field)
• 3+ related experience (nursing, paramedic, business-related field)

Responsibilities

• Establishes and nurtures relationships with hospital administrators and key staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive profiles for EMS stations, including capabilities, resources, and contact information.
• Provides joint training sessions and educational programs to ensure EMS and hospital staff are familiar with each other's protocols.
• Develops and implements standardized protocols for patient handoff, information sharing, and emergency response.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the relationship through performance metrics.
• Coordinates regular meetings between EMS personnel and hospital staff to ensure alignment.
