Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read, write and speak conversational English.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in ambulance transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, intervenes, and stabilizes patients during transport under the direction of EMS protocols.
• Provides direct medical care to patients during transport.
• Establishes and manages advanced airways when required.
• Manages ventilators and medical devices during transport.
• Administers approved medications per EMS protocols.
