Job summary

AMR in Billings, MT is hiring a Paramedic full-time to deliver advanced patient care and lead field responses. You will assess calls, operate defibrillators, monitor equipment, and coordinate scene management on 911 deployments.

The role requires a state paramedic license, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and a valid driver’s license, with a focus on teamwork and community service; a $15K sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• State Paramedic License required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action.
• Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment (defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction, IV fluids).
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and community relations.
