Job summary

AMR in Billings, MT is hiring a Paramedic for a full-time, immediate opportunity. You will provide advanced patient care during 911 responses, lead scenes, and drive the ambulance as needed while coordinating with teammates.

Required are a State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and a compliant driving record. A $15K sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year commitment, with AMR being part of Global Medical Response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• State Paramedic License.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some work experience, preferably healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action with Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment (defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction) to provide advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and reassurance.
