Job summary

AMR is hiring full-time Paramedics to deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency and patient relocation services. You will assess calls, apply advanced medical care using defibrillation and monitoring equipment, and lead the on-scene operations while driving ambulances on 911 responses.

Ideal candidates hold a State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic, and a valid driver’s license. We value teamwork and professional collaboration with public safety personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State Paramedic License and State Driver’s License.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation and determine best course of action with paramedic protocols.
• Use paramedic skills on medical equipment to provide advanced care (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, IV fluids).
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Lead the Paramedic team and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and safety personnel.
