Job summary

Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc. is seeking a Paramedic to provide emergent and non-emergent medical transportation and on-scene care for a growing 911-based operation in Massachusetts. You will perform advanced prehospital procedures, monitor patients, and ensure safe transport in collaboration with a dynamic EMS team.

The role requires MA Paramedic Certification, NRP/CPR/ACLS, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment across multiple bases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of EMT B or A experience.
• Massachusetts Paramedic Certification current.
• National Registry Paramedic Certification current.
• Current CPR and ACLS Certification.
• Experience with web-based systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care per policies and standards.
• Attend to patients courteously and professionally.
• Operate ambulance safely following laws and regulations.
• Complete shift checklists and equipment inspections.
• Submit documentation and PCRs daily.
• Communicate professionally with agencies and providers.
• Follow all company policies and guidelines.
• Perform daily housekeeping at bases.
• Maintain reliable attendance as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
