Job summary

Vector Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Paramedic / EMT-P to support Field Skills Training at Hurlburt Field. The EMT-P will manage medical plans, emergency response plans, and medical supplies in support of Field Training.

In emergencies, they will administer CPR and coordinate transport to the nearest treatment facility. The EMT-P must hold a current NREMT-P certification and paramedic license, with ALS certification, and have at least 1 year of recent full-time EMT-P experience within the

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic (NREMTP) certification program.
• A current, valid paramedic license and NREMT certification must remain current.
• One year of full-time EMT-P experience within the last two years.
• Certified in Advanced Life Support (ALS).
• Knowledge of current hospital and pre-hospital protocols to assess and manage care.

Responsibilities

• Initiate patient care per treatment protocols and guidelines.
• Support patient care within an Ambulatory Care Unit during non-emergency periods.
• Operate under authority of the AFSOC Surgeon General.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CPR and critical care procedures.
