American Ambulance Central Florida is seeking a Paramedic EMT-P to join Field Operations. This role emphasizes delivering ALS and BLS care, quick response to calls, and maintaining high safety and patient-care standards.

Qualifications

• EMT-P certification and state requirements.
• EVOC and ACLS certifications are current and in good standing.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate and understand English (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance operations with a partner.
• Responds to calls with safe, efficient scene assessment.
• Provides BLS patient care according to procedures and local protocols.
• Delivers ALS responsibilities including patient assessment, packaging and transport.
• Completes medical records and transportation reports.
• Maintains knowledge of EMT standards and equipment use.
• Ensures safety of self, crew, patients and equipment.
• Maintains unit and equipment in clean, ready condition.
