Allegiance Mobile Health in McAllen, TX seeks a Paramedic (EMT-P) to provide advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings, lead patient assessment, perform interventions, administer meds, interpret EKGs, and ensure safe transport.

Texas-certified paramedics with ACLS, PALS, CPR, and strong communication skills, able to stay calm under pressure, drive safely, and collaborate with multiple agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Paramedic license (Texas) is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
• PHTLS or ITLS certification is preferred.
• English language proficiency is required for instructions and reports.
• Valid Texas driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and provide ALS care.
• Lead patient assessment and administer medications per protocol.
• Interpret EKGs and provide advanced airway management when needed.
• Transport patients safely to healthcare facilities.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness and complete documentation promptly.
• Coordinate with Police, Fire, and other EMS agencies as needed.
