Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; paramedic certification essential.
• Current BLS CPR; ACLS, ITLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Must be able to operate EMS software and radio systems; drive/operate EMS vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergencies per dispatch instructions.
• Operates EMS apparatus and ensures PPE fit and readiness.
• Maintains scene safety and communicates with Incident Commander.
• Provides patient care within certification scope.
• Transports victims to medical facility; follows department SOPs.
