Job summary

Daviess Community Hospital is hiring a full-time Paramedic to perform advanced life support and technical emergency medical work in the field and ER. The position requires strong physical assessment skills and the ability to work under stress while administering both basic and advanced life support treatment.

Applicants must possess an Indiana Paramedic License, drive's license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS. One year of experience in EMS is required. The role includes mentoring and training of EMTs to ensure comprehensive community healthcare.

Qualifications

• Must have Indiana Paramedic License (National Registry Preferred).
• Require a driver’s license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• One year full time or two years part time or volunteer EMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced life support and technical emergency medical work.
• Provide accurate physical assessment and administer treatment.
• Plan and conduct training sessions on rescue techniques.
