Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and supervise the rescue unit on call.
• Provide emergency medical services using advanced life support at the scene and during transport.
• Drive and operate rescue vehicles; replenish supplies and perform vehicle maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports on responses and patient outcomes.
• Provide EMS training to schools, organizations and the public as requested.
• Monitor health, safety and conditioning of personnel; operate medical radio equipment.
• Assist in routine maintenance of stations and grounds.
