Job summary

Northern Light Mayo Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft, ME is seeking a Full Time Emergency Services professional to provide clinical management of ambulance patients under Maine EMS protocols. The role requires a Paramedic credential and a high school diploma, with a 36-hour work week and a 22.30–34.22 USD hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Must hold Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic credential.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Competent in the use of equipment on board the ambulance.
• Appropriately follows EMS protocols in the management of patient care.
• Demonstrates competency in the care of all patients.
• Sets priorities and demonstrates ability to facilitate the care of patients during emergency situations.
• Demonstrates competency in procedures within scope of practice.
• Operates the ambulance in a safe and prudent manner following hospital policy, and State of Maine laws.
• EMS QA/QI expectations.
