Job summary

Global Medical Response in Yakima, WA is seeking Paramedics for part-time or full-time roles to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care on EMS calls. You will lead scenes, operate medical equipment, and coordinate with public safety teams to provide advanced medical interventions.

Requirements include WA Paramedic License or NREMT-P, ACLS and PALS, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Physical agility testing and healthcare experience are also required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation and determine the best course of action with Paramedic protocols.
• Use Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures (defibrillator, EKG, oxygen, suction, IV fluids) for advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and reassurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow Paramedics.
