Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Current State Paramedic licensure in good standing and NREMT certification (if required by state).
• Current CPR/BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS certifications and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and deliver ACLS interventions per protocols.
• Provide safe, continuous monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete patient care reports promptly in the electronic system.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely following driving standards and safety guidelines.
• Ensure ambulance, equipment, and supplies are ready through checks and restocking.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, partner agencies, and receiving facilities.
• Support EMT partners through teamwork and professional conduct.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement to maintain competency.
