Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Advanced certification training in EMS: AMSS, PHTLS and/or ATLS.
• Proficiency with technology and EMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and deliver ACLS interventions per protocols.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete patient care reports accurately in the electronic system.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely following driving standards.
• Maintain ambulance readiness through checks, restocking, and cleaning.
• Communicate with dispatch and receiving facilities to support transitions.
• Support EMT partners and teamwork.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement.
