Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Active certifications in CPR, BLS, ACLS and PALS as applicable.
• Current paramedic licensure in good standing and NREMT certification if required by state.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to collaborate with EMS partners.
• Proficient in English and able to follow protocols and drive safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and deliver ACLS interventions in accordance with protocols.
• Provide safe, continuous monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete patient care reports accurately and promptly in the electronic system.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely following driving standards and laws.
• Ensure ambulance, equipment, and supplies are ready through checks and restocking.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, partners, and receiving facilities.
• Support EMT partners through teamwork and clear direction.
• Participate in training, drills, and quality improvement activities.
