Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Current State Paramedic licensure in good standing and NREMT certification if required by state.
• CPR: BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS certifications and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and deliver ACLS interventions per protocols.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete patient care reports accurately in the electronic system.
• Operate ambulances safely and adhere to driving standards.
• Ensure ambulance and supplies are ready through checks and restocking.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and receiving facilities.
• Support EMT partners with teamwork and direction.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement.
