Job summary

Trans-Care Ambulance in Indiana seeks an EMT-Paramedic to provide advanced medical care and transportation, bringing the hospital ED to the patient and ensuring continuous care during transit.

The successful candidate will hold Indiana EMT-Paramedic certification, CPR, ACLS, and PALS, maintain driving license, complete background checks, and follow Trans-Care policies and confidentiality standards while on duty.

Qualifications

• Valid IN state driver’s license.
• State of Indiana EMT-Paramedic certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.
• Pass State of Indiana Criminal Background Check.
• Pass Indiana BMV driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of medical care and transportation to EMS patients.
• Bring hospital Emergency Department care to the patient’s side during transport.
• Operate under Standard of Care protocols and physician orders.
• Follow Trans-Care policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Respond to EMS calls as assigned by the communications center.
