Maysville Community & Technical College is seeking a passionate adjunct educator to join our EMS program. This position will be housed on the Maysville or Rowan campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with paramedic certification and instructor credentials.
• CAAHEP/CoAEMSP accreditation standards knowledge.
• Experience aligning instruction with EMS program policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and hands-on EMS training aligned with curriculum.
• Demonstrate emergency procedures including assessment, airway, trauma care.
• Lead classroom discussions and practical exercises.
• Assess student progress via exams and practicals.
• Ensure compliance with EMS education guidelines and accreditation.
• Foster a positive learning environment and student success.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
• Support accreditation documentation and program records.
• Maintain EMS education standards through professional development.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
