Joliet Junior College seeks a Faculty, Clinical Paramedic/Lab Coordinator to manage clinical, internship, and laboratory components of the Paramedic Education Program. You will coordinate student experiences, maintain compliance with accreditation standards, and serve as liaison with clinical partners.

The role supports curriculum implementation and ensures quality outcomes across clinical sites and labs in collaboration with EMS faculty.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in EMS or related field.
• Seven years of paramedic experience.
• Current IDPH EMT-P or PHRN license.
• Ability to work with diverse college communities.
• Commitment to inclusive values.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical and field education with classroom and lab instruction.
• Schedule students to approved sites complying with requirements.
• Monitor progress and competency throughout the program.
• Maintain partnerships with hospitals and EMS agencies.
• Liaise with clinical site coordinators and instructors.
• Oversee documentation, accreditation standards, and reporting.
