Atrium Health Navicent Health in Macon GA is seeking a Paramedic to provide emergency medical services across Bibb County and surrounding areas. The role is full-time with a variable 40-hour schedule and a 24.10–36.15 per hour pay range.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited Paramedic program, and an active GA Paramedic license with BCLS/ACLS; a valid GA driver’s license and at least one year of Paramedic experience are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Paramedic program.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Paramedic.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical services in a 4-county area (Bibb, Twiggs, Jones, Treutlen).
• Respond to emergency calls 24/7, perform patient care, stabilization, and transport.
• Maintain GA Paramedic License and current BCLS/ACLS certifications.
• Drive and operate ambulance; hold a valid GA driver’s license.

Location: 36201 Navicent Health Medical Center - Ambulance Services (Bibb County)

Job Type: Full time

Schedule: Variable, 40 hours per week

Pay Range: $24.10–$36.15 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide emergency medical services in four counties (Bibb, Twiggs, Jones and Treutlen) covering a 1,215 square mile area.
• Respond to emergency calls 24/7, perform patient care, stabilization, and transport.
• Maintain current GA Paramedic License and stay up to date on BCLS, ACLS.
• Drive and operate ambulance safely; hold valid GA driver’s license.
• Meet minimum qualification: High School Diploma or GED, completion of accredited Paramedic program, one year experience as a Paramedic.
