We’re hiring Paramedics passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and advanced patient care.

Responsibilities

1. Assess each call to determine the best course of action using progressive protocols.
2. Utilize medical equipment and procedures such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids to provide advanced care.
3. Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
4. Serve as team leader and manage scene and unit responsibilities as needed.
5. Drive the ambulance for 911 responses.
6. Collaborate professionally with health and safety personnel and colleagues.
7. Participate in community programs to maintain AMR’s positive image and relations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• State Paramedic License
• State Driver’s License
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications
• Driving record compliant with company policy
• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some healthcare work experience preferred
