You will respond to calls, assess patients, and provide care according to established protocols, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety during patient transport. Ideal candidates hold an active IDPH Paramedic license, Firefighter II or equivalent certification, and a valid Illinois driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Active IDPH Paramedic License required.
• Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter Certification preferred.
• Current/Valid Illinois Driver’s License required.
• Background check and pre-employment screenings required.
• Continuing education and licensure maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and assess patient needs.
