Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking a Paramedic to provide advanced emergency medical care and transport in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings. You will rapidly assess scenes, document care, and perform life-saving interventions while ensuring safety and quality.

You will demonstrate expert clinical skills, maintain composure under stress, and communicate compassionately with patients and teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Paramedic Science.
• Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic: TN license required.
• Driver's License: TN, required.
• Basic Life Support - CPR required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical treatment and transport to ill or injured patients.
• Document care in the approved Patient Care Report system.
• Complete all required paperwork by end of shift.
• Keep equipment and ambulance stocked and ready.
• Report deficiencies or issues to a supervisor promptly.
• Attend required education as directed by leadership.
