Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health's Northwest San Antonio station is actively hiring Paramedics (EMT-P) to deliver advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessment, perform interventions, administer medications, interpret ECGs and coordinate safe transport to healthcare facilities with clinical leadership and composure under pressure.

The role requires Texas paramedic certification, CPR, ACLS, PALS, and either PHTLS or ITLS, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• Texas paramedic license required.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• PHTLS or ITLS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under stress.
• Valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24/7.
• Provides direct patient care per protocols and coordinates transport.
• Performs advanced life support interventions and administers medications.
• Completes patient care reports and documentation promptly.
• Maintains readiness of vehicles and equipment.
