Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center is seeking a full‑time EMS professional to determine patient condition, deliver on-scene treatment or transport with physician-directed care, and ensure equipment and shift readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating shift coverage, operating EMS vehicles safely, and collaborating with ER physicians and charge nurses in high-stress environments. Ongoing CE and professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• EMT-Paramedic certification and a valid Class D driver’s license are required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be current, with ongoing CE per level.
