Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in the Denver metro area is seeking a Paramedic to join our Emergency Department team. You will provide safe, effective patient care under physician orders and hospital policies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include Paramedic certification, BLS, ACLS, and PALS, plus 2+ years of EMS field experience or hospital exposure. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work culture.

Here is some of what you can expect from being a Paramedic with us:

• You will implement technical procedures and care to Emergency Department patients safely and effectively
• You will work responsibly under the direct supervision and responsibility of the Emergency Department (ED) physicians performing care for patient(s) in accordance with physician’s orders, policies, procedures, established standards and administrative policies
• You will Perform lab testing as assigned based on protocol of each test, documenting results and communicating critical as defined

Qualifications you will need for this role:

• Current certification/licensure as a Paramedic per state requirements.
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a field paramedic with an EMS agency and/or clinical experience working in a hospital preferred
