Responsibilities:
Facilitate teleconferenced stroke consultations through the IDHI Stroke Program
Answer and document calls received by the IDHI Call Center
Assist with tracking referrals and managing stroke patient cases
Operate and maintain telemedicine equipment for clinical use
Communicate with providers to coordinate timely care
Perform clinical duties within the Paramedic scope under RN supervision
Monitor and document patient conditions during virtual consultations
Support stroke evaluations alongside physicians and nurses
Ensure accurate and timely reporting for regulatory needs
Follow established protocols and procedures
Participate in training, quality checks, and program improvements
Support overall telemedicine operations and readiness
Perform other duties as assigned by management or medical staff
