The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) reports to the Plasma Center Manager and supports plasma center operations by determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. The role is under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager) and the Center Physician for medical issues.
